New Dress!

I haven't actually recieved it yet, but I ordered this dress a few days ago. I'm hoping to wear it for the next dance, graduation, and maybe my birthday party... I think it's really neat! Sort of a gothic lolita, which perfectly describes me! ^.^ so excited to get it and put it on!

I've never spend so much time frosting anything in my life -.- but they came out looking so sweet and perfect that I don't so much mind...

 ta da! Lovely cupcakes, cute skirt, adorable matching tights and sweater... and my hair is staying fairly right! Best day ever!

What I'll Be Up To

      I will try to keep this blog as Lolita-centric and Lolita-inspired as possible, with cupcakes and ribbons and DIY and sighs of longing over brand-name clothes.
      There will be many pictures, my own and those I find and simply must squee over.

       If I attend some sort of event, it will be on here, and if I ever manage to meet another Lolita that will be on here. Otherwise, I don't know exactly what I'll be talking about besides DIY, baking, maybe participating in some Lolita blog challenges or Goth blog challenges.
       Generally I'm kept pretty busy, by very boring things, and I do live in a rather boring town, but if there is anything at all worth reporting, I shall definitely do so ^.^

            Hello there! My name is Genevieve, but people call me Genna, Eevee, Evie, Eve, Gen... I would love it if you thought of me as Genny <3 I love cute things, things that come in black, or in pastel ^.^ cupcakes might just be my favorite things ever, but bats are a close second. I was born in Washington, but I live in Grants Pass Oregon. I graduate from high school in June, but since I skipped a year my mom is keeping me in town, at a community college, for a year. On the extremely plus side, I get to go to college in San Francisco the year after next! And once I can drive, I can go to real Lolita shops! I've never been to one, but I would love to go to Baby, the Stars Shine Bright or to Black Peace Now or *squee* Angelic Pretty.
            I am a goth and I would like to be a Lolita, I do try when I can, but sadly for me it simply cannot be an all-the-time thing.

 the babydoll at my feet is Arnette, she's a Guide Puppy in training, I raise her and she gets her hair all over my clothes in return ;D
